We have only two hard fast design criteria we live by.

Anything But Square is rule number one. Anyone can build a square deck. Our custom designs are what sets us apart and what sets your deck apart from all others. If someone steps onto your new deck and you dont immediately hear a whoahhh!, then it wasnt a deck designed by American Deck & Sunroom Co.

Rule number two is to match your existing architecture when adding any new roofline to your home. In other words, we never install aluminum patio rooms onto a conventional home. When completed, our Screen rooms, Sunrooms, Lanais and Porches are guaranteed to look as though they've always been there.

Once we meet those two criteria, the possibilities are endless. There is no such thing as a standard American Deck & Sunroom design. Each project we build is uniquely fit to our clients needs. We take your hopes and dreams and create an outdoor space that will exceed all your expectations and go beyond you wildest dreams. There is no longer a reason to settle for a square deck or an aluminum patio room. Its not unusual to have a customer admit its the best money they've ever spent while also confessing on the other hand their only regret was that they hadnt called us years ago.

Signature designs like herringbone patterns in diagonally laid decking, or sunburst patterns in our railing, finds its way into nearly every deck design. And yet every design element will also add to the safety or structural features incorporated into every sunroom, screen room, and deck we plan.

DESIGN PLANNING

Working with your ideas and within your budget parameters, we present a design drawing for your consideration. Done in pencil, it can and will be altered to accommodate any changes or additions you desire. This is your opportunity to see how the new structure will blend with you homes exterior and existing landscaping, plus identify new landscaping possibilities.

ENGINEERING

Your design is then engineered before construction begins. This ensures that our crews begin your project fully informed, with no lost time. Your crew is also exclusively dedicated to completing your project. And the plan means we can guarantee resultsthe project you approved is the project you receive!
